Call accounting for professional services
In most professional service organizations, like law firms, employees are required to manually keep a running log of the time spend on phone with their clients, or on their client's behalf. The finance and billing departments are then required to summarize these data. Using our call accounting software you can automate this process. This is usually implemented by assigning an account code for each customer.
