New calls do not appear in the application

There are several reasons that can cause this behavior and you'll have to track them down in order to solve this issue.
Check if data is recorded
Check if the file C:\Program Files\PbxTools\monitor.port contains new data. The location of the file may be different if you installed the application to a different location.
- This file is created by the monitoring application when it does receive first set of data from the pbx unit.
- The date-time of this file will tell you when the application received the last set of data from the pbx unit
