Cost effective PBX/PABX call accounting solution

PbxTools FAQ

No data apearing in the application

This it's the most common problem so please check the following points:

  • it's the monitoring application started (PbxMon)? you should see a phone handset symbol onthe SysTray.
  • it PbxMon activated? right click on hanset symbol > options > activate monitoring.
  • maybe you have a filter activated and you don't see the calls -> go to PhoneJournal, click on toolbar Filter icon and click No filter on the dialog.

Some calls are not recorded

  • check if your license it's limiting your call recording: you should go to PhoneJournal -> Log and check if there are records like "License does not permit the recording of ... on line XX".
